All products purchased from Ikrash Pk can be exchanged within 7 days only if:
- The item(s) is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The item(s) does not match the original specifications of product showed
How to claim?
- You will be required to WhatsApp photographic evidence of the defective item at ,+92 317 5753925, or by calling within 011:00Am to 07:00Pm (Monday to Saturday) at: +92-51-6117400
- You must notify us regarding your claim within 3 days of delivery.
- Product should be sent back to Ikrash Pk within 7 days of purchase in-case the claim is accepted by Team Ikrash Pk.
*Product (s) can be exchanged from any of our retail store within the 7 days from the date of delivery.
*No exchange or refund is offered on items purchased on sale price.
Refunds:
We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases where the product is out of stock. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. 7 Working days Required for the processing of returns and Refunds.
Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Ikrash Pk may cancel orders for any reason. Common reason may include: The item is Out of Stock, Pricing Errors or credit Card payment declined by Issuers financial Institution.
